After years as an operator leading digital, AI, and technical program portfolios, I moved into Strategic Sourcing to close the execution gap that shows up when contracts meet delivery. Too often, contracts are negotiated in a vacuum and then fail in delivery, creating friction between business, tech, and suppliers.That background makes me a sourcing and vendor strategy executive who builds ecosystems that actually work. I design the vendor operating model, contracting structure, and governance cadence that connect commercial strategy to delivery outcomes and P&L impact. End to end, I lead from intake and vendor selection through negotiation, contracting, and performance.AI plays a big role in how I lead. I’ve built AI-enabled sourcing workflows to accelerate proposal comparison, MSA and SOW triage, and savings enablement.
